Hi all
When i put the phone on table and use it with one hand; his touch dont work normaly and slowly but when i put the phone in hand and use it with the other it work normally 100% and fast.
Can someone help me plz to solve this problem because i dont find anything in settings

Hi All,
Sumsung Grand quattro is the worst buy ever. I am regretting investing my money on this phone. I started facing battery problems from the 4th month itself. now in this 6th month even if i charge the phone for good 16-17 hours it will not exceed 18%. please think carefully before investing your hard earned money on samsung phones.

There is no need to have second thought on this phone performance.
I am getting 15-18 hours standby on 3g network and on standard usage (fb+music+whatsapp+browsing) gives me back up of 8 hours. But for me its not an issue as i am looking into performance where i need to sacrifice battery back up. not an issue for me.
For people who look into performance, this is the best phone they can get.

the phone has battery problems. very weak battery and you need to charge three times in 24 hrs with normal usage without mobile data usage. the phone also has heating problems.
and the most important thing if you go with these complaints to the service center they will cooly say thiese are not a problem and happens with all phone. they treat you as though you dont know how to use smart phone.
take my words with this attitude, samsung will be finished in next two years.

Phone Icon and Contact icon is not visible in applications. No applications icons are hidden in phone. Could someone let us know how to retreive or get back the icons?

Using it since last 1 year. Highly satisfied. Real value for money. For last some days, battery was going down quickly. Just resetted the phone to factory settings, now battery is working for 3 days after full charge.

i had this phone,and i can tell u it was worst thing that i ever bought,its the slowest Quad-core cpu ever,i wont buy samsung even if it produce best phone with lowest price....
