I bought a Samsung Galaxy Win I8552 recently, but the Bluetooth and the FM Stations can never be turned on. I tried reset but still. I realized I only wasted my credit re-installing my applications that I installed. What can I do then?

Battery back up is very bad ... it restarts automatically and the battery back up is very poor and all over processor and ram was fine never hang please gave me solution of battery problem
