Yet another poorly specced junk of the deluge of overpriced low end crap from Samsung. Avoid at all costs if when much better phones such as Xiaomi, Moto G and Lumia 525 at the same price.

I just get my new Quattro, very smooth and so far no prob. ALHAMDULILLAH.
I experience cant see some video but thanks to reader had share the solution here.
just download MX Player. ...at setting just set Decoder to Software.....its work !!
