wow! what a poor phone by Samsung.
front camera is extermly poor, rear cam doesn't record even basic HD videos 720p, even after having quad core n 1 Gb ram. its also impossible to click ur own photo with rear camera, u have to touch that small button on screen, no other options like touch capure or camera button, no settings to adjust focus like infinite focus etc, all Sony phones have that.
u cant move apps to external card without root, stick with 5gb internal.
battery life z of one day with normal usage, its ok.
phone hangs at video playing sometimes.
music player always lost its play list once u remove SD card.
screen resolution z poor at 4.7 inches.
u can buy xperia M, having NFC, HD recording, snapdragon processor n much smoother than this one at a lower price.
dont compare its quad core processor, chk out performance, its not worthy to buy this one.

I was wondering if anyone can help me with my issue, i have a Samsung Galaxy Win Dual SIM and the problem is that during a Viber call if i receive a GSM call and didn't answer it (Ignored it or hung up) once i'm back on Viber the person i'm talking to won't be able to hear me :( Did anyone faced this issue and could someone with the same phone try it to see if the problem is from the mobile it self or something else ?

i've been experienced on my galaxy win, when sending message via SMS, it almost a week i've encountered this problem, some of my messages didn't send. some of them sent but almost 1 minute of sending. i do not know what to do to resolved this problem.

i bought this phone 2 weeks ago .. and for me it was a simple phone with excellent performance .. well . compare to sony xperia c .. its quite better .. but the front camera very poor at indoor .. and for gaming it run smoothly but poor graphic display .. and when i play minion rush . i found so many lag ,, and for playing HD movie or video .. mx player is required .. but most of smartphone need that app .. and i cant play 1080p movie

Just wanted to update all of you that 64GB micro SD card is working fine with Samsung Grand Quattro I8552(as per official spec it supports only upto 32GB SD Card). However, you need to format the SD Card to FAT32 format using some free tools (I used one tool available from verbatim website) since winxp/win7 won't support formatting to fat32(Windows tries to format into exFat). The card I am using is Sandisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I 64GB Class 10 Memory Card(you can get it from Flipkart/Amazon.in etc). It has been working fine for last 3-4 months. The card comes formatted as exFAT by default. Quuatro even recognizes the exFAT format and almost all applications would work fine, but I realized that Samsung default music player won't be able to display the music files properly. After I formatted the card to FAT32 music player also works fine- so if you are running out of space in your SD card you can try out a 64GB card formatted into FAT32. However, I have tried only Sandisk card till now. Regards,Aloke
