It is the anti-theft feature of these enterprise phones, it will not let you reset them, unless you have the credentials. The owner was BRT spa (a shipping company) and the phone is likely stolen.

Agree thinkphone, much better design than s24 or my iphone looks cheap oldies design. You can try motorola defy or defy2, but bulkier than thinkphone
