That procedure does not apply in this S6102. If at all you know the procedure, Why don't you reply to the query?

phone is quiet good but i cant install more than 20 application when i try it notify insufficient memory

gaurav, 25 Nov 2012its internal memory is very less .i am not able to download... moreI am using 60+ apps installed + backed up hundreds....
you can try out two things:-
1. Use app2SD to move apps to Sd card(Only supported app)
2. take backup of your app(extract APK to SD CARD) and uninstall it if you do not use frequently. You can install it from backup any time insted of downloading each time. You can backup with many apps availible in playstore.

desi, 27 Nov 2012i have purchased this mobile in last june ,since then i hav... moreI think battery drain problem cab ne solved by latest firmware. Also reason behind white screen may be you are running too many applications in background. Just check Setting > applications > running services and stop unecessary services.
try to keep at least 50 MB RAM free. many running applcations in background also consumes battery.
if your RAM free is very less you may get white screen ..... try to use app like RAM Booster where you can specify free RAM if it goes below some level like 50 MB.

i have purchased this mobile in last june ,since then i have been facing the problem of display turning white,and battery getting discharged quickly.despite changing sims n sdcard on service centre i could not get this problem rectified.

The phone does not switch over to roaming automatically. Everytime when I enter a different zone / state, I need to register in the setting. This is available in most other models, such as Nokia, LG etc.
Secondly, the Cell Broadcast (indication of signal serving station), is not available dynamically. On the other hand this info is being given in the form of call alert much later. Cell Broadcast is extremely useful in knowing the area when travelling in trains or by road, especially in darkness. Probably there is some way available to ensure this, Which I would like to know.
