It is beacuse you are using 16 gb memory card and when you download game from play store the game goes to phone memory and this device have only 160 mb phone memory. To fix the problem you can search on youtube- Download all applacations from play store directly to memory card.

Then again restart it...
Now the loading will begin as you know...
During this, press and hold home button and lock button simultaneously....
Keep the both buttons pressed....
Now keep on repeatedly pressing the volume down button....
A screen will appear with options... If not again try it.... I m damn sure this will work...
Now do full reset and you are free to use your phone....

I using samsung galaxy s6102 phone from last 1 year it is a very solve and dirty useless phone i mean if u select any option after 2 min opening what is this name - smart phone
plz never buy samsung phone it is only brand
