It might solve the problem. This solved my other problems. But I did not face the automatic switch off problem.

very nice phone. had it for just a few days. no regret in buying.
so far no problems. answers to some top questions;
i) Both sim is on standby - meaning both are connected to network while waiting for calls. "some" say why cant receive call while calling on the other line, of coz. the phone only have one mic and speaker, cannot talk to both line at once. for call conferencing is available via Service Provider.
ii) SUPPORT flash. but only by using UC Browser. just google uc browser 8 apk and install it.
iii) Sound is loud enough. normal compare to normal phone.
iv) it is a relatively fast phone with 832mhz processor. large enough ram. if you run a lot of application at the same time, maybe it will become slow. just use a task killer to end background application. free RAM maintains at around 150MB when not using any program.
v) plays video smoothly with mxplayer. can set to sw acceleration.
vi) battery wise not tried to max yet. need to wait for run in of the battery.
vii) GPS runs smooth. got e-compass
viii) HSDPA and WIfi runs pretty fast. signal is quite strong
ix) Nice picture taken by camera. but no flash.
currently i have not experience problems with back button or card removed.
downside maybe no flash, no front camera and display is normal.
anyway, great 3G DUAL SIM mobile which have all android feature like hotspot etc etc.

Very Slow, Back Button is not Working Properly sometimes, I just like to throw away this mobile. This is my first mobile of Samsung and Very Bad Experience. Not Recommended.

Hi guys, just three days back i brought samsung galaxy pro duo with keypad and touch screen. And later i saw another samsung Y duos without keypad but larger screen touch...then i was confused thinking i could buy that with larger screen. maybe i need to convince the dealer to exchange as only 4 days now from buying...please throw your opinions here..thanks

use wireless and network to select which internet provider to be use. dual standby means you can have both number ready to receive call or sms.

If you want to save pictures, you need to click on the albums or image that you see.. then select the option "Full size". then picture will start downloading... check the status of download at notification area...
