User, 09 Feb 2014Is Galaxy y Duos Get an Any Official updates??? Like ICS or JBWe have two of this phones and mine is lot worse on reception in difficult areas. At D. Smiths shops it is same so despite still being in warranty they don't want to know about it. I had to buy ZTE T 90 which is not nice phone but it works.

I was just Looking the features of my phone...and i found your comment/problem... So to update your phone ,just go to settings then about phone »software update»check for updates.... and if there is any update available you can update your android by tapping that... ....And if u want that your phone will inform u about the updates then u can also activate it by tapping on the Check for updates ..(in software updates)...But keep this thing in your mind that if u dont have a Wi-fi connection then you can also choose other connections like Your net packs ......So i hope that this will help u to solve ur problem....

better choice for the cheaper galaxy smartphone, but samsung need to create better storage, networking and suitable version of android for the best perfomance for every smartphone
