abii, 08 Dec 2013how can I upgrade phone?u cnt upgrade ur phone as it exceeds the hardware limits of phone,,but ya there is an ofiicial upgrade to ics for gt-s6102 and for that u v to download odin software to ur pc and there is a detailed procedure for that which u can check on samsung electronics,,secondly u can upgrade ur phone to jelly bean with the help of custom rom which is avaliable on xda developers website ,,there is a custom rom named "jingericegelly" u cn download it from there and also read the procedure for that,,

You can go to whomever sold you the phone, or a shop the network your card is on. When I locked my sim the other week, I had to go to Voda, so they could help me unlock it. You will need to know the account password and details, or there'll be no proof its yours. It's not a wise thing to do and I regret needing to run around to get it fixed.
