few days ago I bought y duos .. phone is gud but it is heating up while charging and in normal time also its remaining same.. pls fix my prob.. what should I do ?

disconnect its battery for 15mints then connect battery and press power key+meneu key +volume up key it will on and then off keep hold that keys it will turn on again a menu will apear on it. by using volume key u can move rebn up and down now restore\formet your hand set. (it will also restore your mobile's internal data)
