Either, please installed google play store from android market and re use it.
Or, you can contact your service provider for your concern. I am also entertainment from this set. other old model set of samsung has low memory than it, you also need my help and then said your comment. wishing you.

The phone is just awesome..! I used it fully and here's my review.
PROS:
1. Supports games like temple run, raging thunder, etc.
2. Fast (as per the price)
3. High internal memory.
4. Good battery.
CONS:
1. Small Screen
2. Low sound

phone is very xcellent. Its RAM 445MB . but screen is little small. It's worth of getting 4.0.4 version in RS.6300. we can buy it.
