A crappy interface and not user friendly at all. One of the worst entry level smartphones on the market. Cant even get some applications like bbm installed. tried upgrading the OS but no luck!!!

my sister have one,and me xcover,both from q2 2011,my sister's phone bought in january 2013 and my xcover in august 2013,android is 2.3.6,today is weak,slow phones,do not buy,because are outdated,today is an pretty unusable phone because it's very slow and you can't download any apps,also on y pro,old processors,no worth to buy today,these phones was awesome at their age,im lucky because i have a pretty highend tablet,lg g pad 8.3 and works like other highend phones not like 2011 phones

Sometimes when data traffic is on, I can not receive calls, despite the fact that the phone is on 3G.

soham, 07 Nov 2014remove ur phn battery and again fix it into phone press the... moreMy sumsung Galaxy y pro doesn't want to on when I it only showing Samsung Galaxy y pro I've tryed to do what soham advise by pressing power+home+volume down button at once then, it shows the message that my os is damage to install new I must click the volume up button then it download the new version.thanx a lot Soham you've help me a lot keep it up.
