I frequently got notification "SD card unexpectedly removed" after just a few days of using it. It came with 2 gig micro SD in the package. Any help please..thanks,,

i just brought this phone and whenever i download an apk file from 4 shared.com and i put that apk game or w.e on the phone and try to open it ,it says no application can preform this action what should i dooo can someone help?!?!?
