physically looking very good phone, i want to say to the samsung company that the company is making many models but not improving the quality of mobiles, every one not like the touch mobile, but mostly the company is mostly making touch mobiles, the company has left making qwerty mobiles. after servying market there is no resale value of samsung mobiles whereas the new prices are very high. Q-Mobile has made its market and resale value in very short time whereas the samsung is very old company making mobiles. samsung company shoul make dual sim mobiles having high megapixal cameras, maximum of features, improve maximum internal memory like Nokia mobiles. samsung shoud understand that we are the users and samsung is making the mobiles for us not for themselve, so samsung should obey the comments of people.

my device is not getting connected with my PC. Its getting difficult to share things in betweeen mbl amd PC. Whenever both are made connected my pc does not shows mbl connnection. Instead it shows insert the disk?? How can this problem be solved?

Hi. I am using the phone since two months. the phone seems full of features but there is a problem. when peaple calls me ı seem off to them. they cannot reach me. This happens a lot. they tell me you have switched the phone off but actually ı am not:(. ı changed the phone from the store ı buyed in case there is a defect in producing and it is the same? is there any setting or smth to prevent?

Samsung please upgrade this mobile with 16 million color 400*854 pixel screen,5mp maincamera with flash,1.3mp secondary camera,8gb internal memory,1 gb ram,dualcore processor,gpu,notification light,android 4.2 Os,1800 or 2000 mah battery within 15000 Indian money. I hope Samsung will notice n accept this.

Worst phone I've ever had. To dial a number from a phonebook I need >20 secs due to performance.
It hangs very often for a while and is very low responsive.
SAMSUNG screw this phone up saving money on memory (RAM and internal storage) It is suprising attitude taking in cosideration It could have been very nice business phone and alternative to BlackBerry with android and dual sim :(

not a very good phone. it always hangs and keeps restarting because of low memory. It has all the features but can be frustrating at times. i would recommend it to only people who would not do much.

how do i connect USB to the computer coz every time i do so it can only charge but i cannot view documents nor transfer.it keeps on telling connect to PC.what does that mean.its really frustrating coz there are some documents i need to transfer from SD card to computer.urgeltly assist Maria here.
