I am using dual sim.Can I attend calls, when I am talking in other sim connection. Because it says, network provider is switch off

I am using dual sim. While I am talking in one sim connection, my friends calls in other no, it says the message that your phone is switch off. There is any option to activate this system

I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxxy y Pro Duos GT B5512. It was calling people by scrolling and calling while inside my pocket. After many complaints i decided to put in a password but to my suprise i now only receive , when i try to open and call it asks for a password which i put in but it refuses to open . Could someone out there help me and open it.

I have been using this phone for over four months now but people have been complaining that i call them and do not talk ,so when i tried to check the phone ; actually when it is in a tight pocket it can scroll by itself and call accidentally. To minimise this i put in a password and to my suprise it can not open when i put in the same password . what can i do to use my phone again?. I will be grateful if anybody out there can help.Somebody out there please help out.

is there any solution to move facebook app. to SD card to solve the problem of low memory space as this app. takes a big storage in phone internal memory (small internal memory is a big problem)
