hello ,my kid reset the factory setting which makes all my phone numbers lost and also the programs that i install and can not go with internet when i open the mobile network to activate the network use packet data i found it appear gray can not check on it as if it is offline what can i do to open the internet & is there any way to get my phone list back

All you need to do is to install Easy Battery Saver from Google Play and that should do the trick. Almost every android phone has that problem.
