Uninstall all the application that you have installed in the mobile. Then go to Settings-Privacy-Factory Data reset. And check whether the problem again getting. If yes.....Sorry.. Service centre.

For this go to settings-call settings-Turn on proximity sensor.It will help. If that is already active, and you are getting this issue, then its a problem.

nandy, 08 Jun 2012can it open the pdf files? pls reply...Inbuilt PDF reader is there in this model. Not only PDF, all MS Office files can also open. No need to download this application.

Hey folks I have been using this phone for over 3 months now I am loving it.. it almost have all the feature one can ask for value for money.. yeah I agree that the battery back up isn't all that gud it cud have been better...it doesn't last even for a day... but folks u guys can download " Juice Defender" from apps store to increase its battery life.. c ya folks..

i have this phone it has low internal memory that y i cant download too many apps but i created partition in my sd card fat32 & ext3 for send all apps to sd card but when i transfer the app to sd card by link2sd application it shows that link2sc could not obtain root access, if you have root access make sure you respond 'Allow'or 'Grant' to the superuser request. pls help me regarding this issue

low internal memory most application download in phone memory,after installing 15 to 20 application when i switch on my phone sd card is not ready till 30 min,if i touch some app phonwe will hang.i dislike this phone.

i have also like this mobile.and i am very happy & Sattisfied.but i suggest in my mobile problem becouse battery problem & not a full day work.

Its a wonderful touch phone and the wireless works beautifully. Also the facility to switch between 2 SIMs is really useful.
however calls keep getting cut-off within 20-30 secs. I feel this is because the endcall button is on the touch screen and this could be getting activated when the phone is kept on your ear.
Is there any way out as its practically useless to use the phone if you cant make or receive calls

hi... im with this mobile....
its really auwsome.. "polaries offise" is really nice app u can create ppts word dcoumts excel sheets etc in it..... i support this fone... front cam is also good...
