Having a major challenge with handset hanging or switching off by itself. Factory reset has not been much help. Any ideas?

I luv this fone the problem is the internal memory is too low. I bought a 8 gig memory but I cnt download apps.

Not a good phone . The camera is having problems. The phone hang. The battery life is 1 year only.

I have used this handset for about 2years & love it mostly because of the qwerty keypad which aids in typing fast with very minimal mistakes unlike the fully touch fon. I would only dislike it because it has such a small internal memory where everything is saved, an external memory card doesn't help.
I would love to have the latest smartphones with a combination of the qwerty keys & touch screen features.

My samsung dous b5512, i bought before one year but i used only 4 months after that i didst use that much but now it not detecting sim card, i changed the to another sim but the phone not detecting any sim???
