Connect it with a USB Data Cable. A notification will come in the status bar, click the notification and proceed, the PC will recognize your storage and you can copy/paste or whatever.

1- turn of ur phone
2-press power+vol up+home
3-select factory data reset then select yes
(to highlight the option use volume keys to select it use home or power)
IT WILL FORMAT UR PHONE ONLY ur pics and music and files will stay only apps and cache and contacts if not backed up. ;)

vinson, 03 Apr 2014Why can't play any hd games that i downloaded in my galaxy ... moreBecause this phone is now obsolete for any sensible use except phone calls,SMS,calculator and all that old stuff.
The hardware is old and out of date like a 1980PC.Better get a Moto G and relax..it will run all HD games and will keep u happy for at least 3 years.Galaxy Y was a low end device designed to be really cheap and run basic things
