(first just make ur phone off. or shut down) and select factory reset. ( volume button for navigating and home button for selecting.) thats all. hope that i helped you.

manytimes back button doesn't work and while i make a call also sometimes phone don't respond and aftersometime all the the calls go one by one so i need to end all the calls.is it the software problem or do i need to do anything plz someone help me...???

Galaxy Y is better but Today it's need to improve phone memory 1/2GB 512 mb ram and Android Ice cream standwitch or jelly bean this phone is better I can not use google play poperly for storage 190.So small storage

Am also having same problem touch not working after standby for a longtime .By pressing the lock screen reactivate the diplay and working normal.Can anybody help.

If you have already tried that and it still doesn't work, go to Application settings > Manage applications > G-Mail and clear its data. And if it still doesn't work, your best bet will be to simply get a faster internet pack.
