charge ur phone fully
switch of the phone
press volume up+middle home key+power on switch
then clear swipe data and factory reset this will erase all data and u will get the fresh phone

lola, 02 Jan 2014so wat did you do?....I am experiencing the same problem.... if you draw your pattern more than 5 time & if it does not accepts it than a forgot patern option comes on lower side of lock screen than you can open your phone with google account ...

Very Worst battery life... Low Processor.. Very Low internal memory.. poor Screen resolution.. Plz plz dont buy this mobile.. u cant able to install many applications.. very very slow.. battery will finish within 2 to 3 hrs..

Shittest phone ever used, I mean ever. It always lags so much, camera quality is worst, can't have at least 100 applications installed, graphics intensive games don't even install, the ROM eats half of the RAM, Internet browsing is so slow, touch keys never respond quickly, touch sensitivity is really bad, battery backup is horrible, I can't even run the phone continously for 3 hours, very cheap feeling phone and simply worst ever.. I'm not satisfied with this phone. Samsung, please take my phone and give me a Note 3 for giving me a worst user experience with this phone. Don't ever buy Samsung phones if you don't want to suffer like I do with these phone..
