can nebody pls tell me how to solve the connectivity problem???......i hav been accessing internet using wifi on my phone since long....bt suddenly it has stopped supporting any connectivity....even the packet data does not work

Honestly this phone has made very upset from the 1st day and is not making any sense like i put in my .sd card and it said i have 1.34 gb space left but when i went to my media iand gallery it said " not enough memory " or " delete files " ???? Like why is it doing this need help

A day after having an expensive sd-card inserted this smartphone locked after customer service had closed. Now explanation was given for that annoyance. I am now without a mobile phone for over 7 hours. It demands I enter a pin-code I do not have and cannot look for in the phone because it is totally locked. I was given a puk-code by the company I subscribe to for making calls. Each time I enter it and choose a new pin-code the demand is repeated and each time I am told I have 10 attempts left. After 3 attempts it said sim and pin do not match. It was too late to get help here so I chatted with Samsung Australia.I need to remove the sim-card and use the phone without it I was told.They gave me a link that did not work here on how to remove the sim-card. I need to know how to do it. This site is by far the best manual I have seen for this smartphone but it gave me no instructions for removing the sim-card. My experience of using my smartphone has greatly deteriorated today. I am most disappointed.
