Considering the model Young has 4GB of internal memory, 2GB usable, if the Young 2 has also 4GB, does it also have only 2GB of internal memory?

My phone memory shows me its full i had 1gb memory card n i changed it now i have a4 gb memory card and it still displays the same what do i do.
