I was wondering if i could get any advices/help because i have had this phone for 3 years already but last vacation while i was texting my friend my phone just vibrated and a note was on it. It says that the battery has been disconnected and it shut down and i tried opening and buying new batteries but it wont even start When i charge it .it just has a battery symbol that has a triangle with a no battery sign! need help( sorry for bad grammar)

I have a Samsung Galaxy Young S6310 since almost three years and it continues to work well. Some months ago I had a problem with calling option but now it's right. it goes less speedly than at the beginning but it's good. BUT there are four problems, you can't move your apps to the SD card and you have not a lot of Giga (only 1.5 Giga) for downloading music, videos, apps, ... and you can't remove some useless apps like "ChatOn" , "Hangouts",... and the photos are really ugly on the Gsm.

The phone after 3 years works like new, dropped it more than 5 times, Works the same way before the falls, awesome phone for this class ofc, good samsung product

nice.. been using it for almost 3yrs. dropped it several times. and its still working but it cannot keep up with the newer phones so I bought a new one.

Good & fast phone for low budget in its time. Now for the same price range, you could go for J1 Mini with LTE support, Quad-core, 1GB RAM, 5MP rear-cam. I have used S6310 for 2 years then switch to A3 2016.

Nice and compact, although a bit thick for its size. Will fit most pockets.
Good phone for the price, but consider what type of user you are. People who just want to have their phone handy, or play some music on the go, or quickly read a few messages or news articles will like the Young just fine.
Heavy users should steer clear though, you have only 2GB of phone storage and there is NO App2SD capability which means that this phone fills up pretty quickly. Performance wise it's... capable. Just like your grandmother's car; it will get you there, but you'll be bored and possibly annoyed.

Nice phone. Its my 1st smart phone and i am using it for 3 years. Amazingly still not hanging. Loved this.

it's possible to save downloads when browsing by entering browsingsettings and change the settings.

It is very dumby phone very bad. It has low battery '1300' my advice to you all ''DON'T BUY IT'' Very bad

This is nice phone it was my first smartphone. I used this phone for almost 2.5 year.Still it preforms like new one.only problem that I have faced is low battery backup.Now I have bought Lenovo K4 but I think s6312 is better than Lenovo k4 in terms of performance.

nice phone..only bad thing is that one has to transfer downladed files to the sdmemorycard when the phonememory is full by hand..no automatic switch that chooses the sdmemorycard when the phonememory is full..as in other galaxy young models..

Great phone, have been using it for 3 years and still going strong. Screen is a little small for my chunky hands but as i am an adult i think it would be perfect for the youth.
