Tim, 25 May 2023For a month my Flip 4 was great...then the problems started... moreYes, having the same issue here. Been using my flip4 for 1 year and a few months now. 1st problem the bezel came off. Went to samsung & they suggest me to replace the whole phone screen which cost MYR1500 in Malaysia. 2nd problem my phone suddenly keep turning off when folded. Googled it and found out many are experiencing the same especially after their warranty period over. Love this phone but had i known this earlier i wouldn't purchase it. Not recommended for long term usage(2year longest) 😥💔

The battery lasts longer than I expected, if you're connected to WiFi and use 60hz display, the battery can last up to 10 hours screen time. Also, the video on face camera can record 4K60fps, which is not mentioned on the site

sezay, 04 Oct 2023dont get this phone it the worse phone i have brought from ... moreSamsung flip 4 piece of crap. The screen peeled off after 14 months Samsung wouldn't honor to repair it because warranty is only a lousy yr I had to pay 90d to have it fixed. Badly made product.

Not gonna lie, one of the best purchase I've ever made. I really really love the blue colour, it's so soft and beautiful. Good battery life and performance so far. I'm loving it. The elegance and beauty of this phone is irresistible. I think this phone is made for those who aim for stylish and premium look. Good build quality too. It feels sturdy

I'll just wait for the flip 6,7,8 until the changes and improvement are good enough for an upgrade, I'm still good with my flip 4.

About the battery life of the Z Flip4. Am i dreaming, but was it at 92h before the introduction of the Z Flip5 ?
Now it is at 75h and the Z Flip 5 at 87h !

don't waste your money the new flip phone is garbage then when you take it back to get it fixed they tell you it's your fault i'm 57 years old and work a full time job the only time i'm on the thing is in the evening and of course no support from t-moble thanks for nothing

Does anyone who is using Flip 4 tell me how many eSIM profiles does the phone supports? I can't find this anywhere documented. Only Apple iPhone talks about multiple eSIM profiles up to 8 for iPhone 13 Pro. Please share this information. Can't believe stupid Samsung product team didn't think this information is needed for customers.
