Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 official promo images leak
Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip6 will become official next week, on July 10, at the company's big Unpacked unveiling event in Paris. Now a bunch of official-looking promotional images have been leaked by Evan Blass, aka @evleaks, showing the device in all its glory.
The Galaxy Z Flip6 is expected to be more expensive than its predecessor.
Previous leaks talked about it coming with a 6.7-inch 1080x2640 Dynamic AMOLED 2X folding screen with 120 Hz refresh rate, and a 3.4-inch 720x748 Super AMOLED cover display.
It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy chipset, paired with 256GB or 512GB of storage. It will have a 50 MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture, and a 12 MP ultrawide that seems identical to that of the Flip5 from last year.
Speaking of which, the 10 MP selfie snapper is unchanged too. The Flip6's dimensions and weight are allegedly identical to those of its predecessor, but it will manage to pack a bigger 4,000 mAh battery somehow.
Overall it seems like a rather minor update to the Flip5, with a higher-res and presumably better main camera and an 8% bigger battery.
