Try calling or chatting with Samsung Customer Care/Services - They will confirm the issue using your IMEI.

almost AUD3K and no 3.5mm headphone jack!!!! Seriously, Samung??
Bluetooth earbuds brings EMF waves inside the head. When I purchased current phone had to buy 1 model backwards - S9Plus to get headphone jack. Would've thought with pricetag of Z fold2 it would be fully specked. Please consider for next model, Samsung.
I won't be replacing my current phone until it can be replaced with a better model that has headphone jack.

Trade in today from fold 1 to fold 2...since fold 1 release in indonesia 1 year ago,this phone make me leave use iphone...not good as iphone for all but i can use this for working is perfectly i need...expensivee phone but nice...cant leave galaxy fold until today...great job samsung

Battery life is not good

It's a different product in most ways. This si the equivilent of comparing a Jeep to a Porsche. One is a powerhouse of speed and features and the other is a utilitarian product with some speed and features mixed in.
