This is one hell of a phone for the people who want something different, not a regular candybar type phone like a iphone.
People with deep pockets are definitely going to buy this cause money is no object to that breed. When you want the latest and the best then you better be prepared to pay the price.
If you need value for money, OK, go for one plus, oh and for that matter sorry you’re at the wrong page.

Just saying;
Why cant they make a tablet that has the exact dimensions as this "phone", unfolded?
The aspect ratio and size would be amazing especially with 7.6" display. This is somerhing Samsung should look into; tablet with dimensions 160mm × 128mm × 6.9mm.
Overall, this is a good handset that gives a brilliant tablet form factor and a phone too - my only two issues are the price and the long term use of that folding part of the display.

They can’t put waterproofing gaskets if the area where the gaskets need to be are moving. It’s a price that needs to be considered when you are on the bleeding edge. Not to mention it’s other fragility problems.

okay, it may have no competition whatsoever but at nearly 2000, i think it is extremely pricey i don't think it is worth that much money. I mean you could buy a tv or a motorbike. It's amazing how much phones can cost these days

disappointed, first it should be dual sim with card slot and front camera should be 40mp like s20 ultra , and battery should be 5500 as big screen

Sorry, missed two points......Should be water resistant to same standard as S20 Ultra. And should have fast charge capability more than 11W. This is going backwards.

Dissapointed. Should stay a flagship. 256MB, Should be 512. Should have second memory card slot/dual SIM.

It is one of the super mobile tablet in the market as per my opinion, but the price of the mobile diverse it, but for the situation of the pandemic covid 19, it crushed the economic most of our planet. I suggest Samsung to look forward in the price of the mobile, and try there best to make affordable.

Fold has no one to undercut.
Huawei doesn't matter in !China, Razr is badly executed, Surface Duo isn't even out yet and is going to sell horribly because Microsoft did an oopsie.
If you want a really foldable, you'll buy this, and they know it.
Also there's more components in this compared to Note20U for instance:
-Bigger main screen which is foldable and is also a huge R&D drain, also another regular front screen
-It's physically heavier, which means higher weight to transport and more metal to buy for the casing.
-The hinge is also pricey because it's proprietary and needs to not destroy the screen, it's not a downsized Galaxy Book hinge.
-4GB more RAM
-1 more camera
