There is no value for our money. I used it for only 2.5 years. After that, the screen was damaged due to the hinge design.

Had mine nearly 4 years and it's never failed so i don't know why people having failures must of been a bad batch or summit but excellent phone none the less

Samsung have been slow and difficult to deal with the whole way through this. I don't expect a 2.5 year old device that cost me nearly $3,000 NZD to be useless. I have asked for a refund and will be using the Consumer Guarantees Act to get my money back if Samsung don't step up and do the right thing.

Dont update your phone, new updates burn screens like green line and pixel issues
If your inside is beoken go to aliexpress and order a dot diaplay. Costs only 80usd. Its better than paying 400 usd

Vion, 02 Aug 2024Before you buy, there is a widespread issue with Samsung fo... moreYou don't need to replace entire inner screen. In my Fold 3 5G I had such problem, the reason is that one of two flexible multiple-pair cables, we check connecting halves of inner screen got worn.
Replacement of them require disassembling of outer and inner screens.
Recently repaired it in service, labor+two flexible multiple-pair cables costs was 125 USD.
