And sd cards were less reliable not because "I sAy SoOo", but because they could deteriorate, become completely unreadable no matter the device, and couldn't use it again.... I lost huge amounts of data becuase of this...
Or if u don't want to get adapted to it just get a sd card reader atp....

Everyone complaining here, but the funnier thing is the ones hating on Samsung in general are mostly Iphone/Chinese brands, or even welcome phone (yes, it is possible) riders...😂😂
Maybe it's not too much changed, but at least appreciate that this yr's model is a bit better and more usable. And for the ones complaining abt the sd card/3.5mm jack, we're in 2024, get a larger storage phone and use ur old wireless buds, no need to upgrade them every year...

You tell me what's more lucrative... a one time sale of a phone with expandable storage, or a continuous cloud subscription model where you can repeatedly charge customers for an additional cloud storage subscription?
All the people who say get over microSDs its 2024 are just the ones who blindly follow the herd and fall for corporate propoganda.

In automotive industry, concept cars are developed and showcased in exhibitions to present a companies new design language and technological innovations. But these concwpt cars never go into series production because they are concepts. In smartphone industry we have companies like Samsung that literally "spam" the market with phones that received some minor improvement here and there and some new immature technology here and there. lately, car manufacturers do the same (e.g. Fisker, but even notable car manufacturers have embarrassed themselves).
As a customer I want to get a finished product. Especially when paying several thousands of euros. Imagine soemone who bought last year's Fold5 and now Samsung suddenly comes up with a serious and premium design in the Fold6. And then he buys the Fold6 and next year his anger comes back because the Fold7 got a huge camera update etc.

Wait... so you want me to pay almost as much as a used car, but you won't even provide WiFi 7 support on this phone? I think Samsung has hit an innovation block with this phone and really needs to review their strategy if they want to stay relevant. Simply introducing a different design with mild specification bumps won't keep the ship sailing for too long.

Compared tested the new fold 6 and purchased vivo xfold 3, xfold 3 feels like 4-5 years ahead of fold 6 trust me i think samsung is out of fold competition now this feels like their last foldable
