I have problem with Battery Contact after using it for 4 months. The Charging gold contact on the device become erosion and as a result device can't be charged. any solution to this problem....

Even your phone is away from home while your Gear S is in the ofiice at work as long as both units are connected to internet via data or WiFi, you will get all the notifications from your phone on Gear S.
They are remotely connected via Google account.

Does anyone know if you can use a note taking feature with this smart watch?
Something like Samsung Galaxy Note Devices but maybe finger swipe instead of a pen?

No its not so useful without best quality camera. it should be updated with camera immediately.

There are lots of tips there on how to pair it even with non-Samsung device.
You can even use it without pairing to a phone!
Don't troll here if you don't own the device cause it shows the truth!

I have this gear s watch, but this gear s limited to pairing with Samsung galaxy units. my galaxy note pro -12'2 doesn't work gear application too. error message when try to down gear applications.most kidding customer service samsung.
