This may have already been answered... try taking the portable battery pack with you that doubles as the primary charge unit. It is super portable, smaller than a pack of gumm. You may need to take your watch off your wrist but at least it gives you the option of getting a little extra juice till you make it back home.

After using it for quite a while, I don't understand how come so many bad comments about it.
It has an excellent display, battery life, and by now a huge amount of Apps that are really helpful. Voice recognition works very well, so as the speaker and microphone. Seems to be, by far, the very best smartwatch in the market. As always happens with Apple devices, some people says the Apple watch will change the market even before testing it. Looking at the Specs of the Apple watch, I don't see anything that the Gear S does not have already, and on the other hand, has far more features... It is an excellent device.

come on people, this smartwatch is phenomenal! its so advance, is there any other smarthwatch on the market now with its own sim, wifi enable, and can be stand alone - with its own tel. no? sure there are limitations. Use the sgearS for what it is intended and its fine, it surpassed all my expectations! Mostly i suppose those who critized have not even tried it first hand and yet bashing it like no tomorrow! Of course they always claim iwatch is the best!--Get real people iwatch is still a pipe dream! it has not even come out yet! based on the photo press releases - i will not be cought dead wearing that cheap looking thing (even if is sold gold) it is so gay looking! before you say any thing, i am gay, i will not wear that thing even if you pay me!
