I have bought gear s,and i wanna use it with sim card without using phone. I inserted sim card, but cannot connect to network.On the display appears this text-UNEXPECTED RESPONSE FROM NETWORK. First,i registered gear S with its IMEI code,then used sim card on the other phone.There was no problem with sim card. And i tried sim card with gear s, but the result was the same-UNEXPECTED RESPONSE FROM NETWORK! :( Please,help me about this problem.

J5user, 05 Dec 2015Hey did u manage to pair your j5 with gearDoes anyone have tips for pairing J5 with Gear S2? I've downloaded Gear Manager but it says either not compatible with phone or Samsung Gear app needs to be updated.
Any suggestions? Software says it is updated so I'm a bit stuck!

I don't carry a phone and I am in my gym clothes so I don't want to carry a phone or a tablet/phoneblet. Now I have to carry a big phone to do that because you removed a camera.

its a smart watch. a sim supported watch. you does not need to connect any mobile phone with this watch. it works without mobile phone.
