Hi - question. For an S3 Frontier purchased in the UK, does it come with MST capability even though Samsung Pay is not available in the UK (yet)? I believe there is no LTE version as not supported in UK/Europe, but hoping it does have MST for eventual payment function.

Also, assuming when (if) Samsung Pay is supported in the UK and it's working on the watch, does the phone and watch have to be connected via Bluetooth in order to use Samsung Pay on your watch i.e., can you shop on your Frontier if you've left your phone at home?

Thanks for any answers!

Juan, 31 Oct 2016Unless you plan on going smartphone free, whats the point? ... moreDepending on where in the world you are, some providers offer a second sim to share the available Data on your contract. So data is shared by both sims, but calls and sms only to the main sim in your phone. This is sometimes at a cost around 5€ per month.

Juan, 31 Oct 2016Unless you plan on going smartphone free, whats the point? ... moreYes, I plan to go smart phone free. I am a cyclist and want to leave the phone and wallet behind. That's why this phone is so exciting for me. I can't wait. Someone earlier said why have two phone bills. Verizon will add this watch to my account for 5 per month. Seems like a small price to pay for this capability.

I'm glad that there's a version without LTE. I don't want my wirst cells get fried because of strong power electronic waves. And i like the frontier and not the classic. Glad that samsung keeps freedom of choice for health concious minority.

              There is.
Choose the Frontier "LTE" version. That's the one with 4g connectivity where you don't need a phone connected by Bluetooth.

There are 2 versions of the Frontier model. One WITH LTE and one without LTE. The Classic model does not have LTE as an option.
