power off ur phone
press *,# and poweron button at a time
u will see blue screen with CRASHLOG DUMP
wait until phone is formated say 10-15 min
ur phone is formated

Hi,
Anybody knows what is the default lock code of this phone? When i tried locking the keypad, it asked me for lock code. I tried 12345, 00000, 123, 000, 111 and other matches but none worked. Please help if anyone knows.
