hi everybody
im getting this phone for my birthday
but im not sure if its really good.
my dad said he liked the U900
and he was going to buy me that.
so im not sure what to choose.
should i get the U900 or I450??
and is it true that this phone has 1 gb of internal memory?
because it says it has 40 mb...
and does it contain software & USB cable to sync songs into the phone?
Im a huge music fan so i put a lot of songs
will the phone become laggy if i put too much?
if you can answer these questions it would be great.

Many atime when I get an incoming call on my moibile, the phone does not show me the Contact Name it only shows Phone Number. I have re-checked so many times that the number is stored in phone book. I have also checked there are no duplicate entry. What might be the possbile problem?

The i450 loudspeaker placed in the up slid... morebut smape treat it as a drawback.. because when your playing music and you have to text you have to close the slide for the speaker. in this case the loudspeaker is blocked.. So does this means that the music volume or quality is compromised if you want to listen to music while texting?
I'm just concern regarding this issue about i450, because I have plan of buying it. tnx.

What can you say about this feedback from smape.com review on samsung i450.
"The new i450 has a nasty drawback: once the slider is closed, the speakers become naturally blocked, the stereo effect is entirely lost"
is this really an issue on i450?

its a good mobile. its design is quite good. i feel that samsung mbiles r always better than nokia. but the sound recorder lasts only for 1 minute which could be expanded. no games are there in this mobile!!

Ryo Jin, 17 Oct 2008 U right, Nokia N91 are the best audio quality but disc... moreAt the end of the day the N81 has brilliant sound quality a long with Wi-Fi, Ngage, Music Keys, Gaming Keys, Li-Po battery, faster CPU, Symbian s60 FP2 Menu Effects and Transitions, On Demand Paging, loads more RAM to multitask, FlashLite3.0 built-in to its Web Browser to view web pages with Flash8 content like Full YouTube, Web Run Time Widgets, and not forgetting that the N81 is an Nseries so it has a lot of Nseries exclusive software like Conversation for Multi threaded texts, NOKIA Chat, etc. . . The N81 is by far a more complete Music and Multimedia device than i450, i get to use my mates i450 everyday when helping him get software and i feel sorry for him, he has to deal with so little RAM at start up, no Ngage,and no Wi-Fi, shame.

music lover, 16 Oct 2008If you compare this phone to n81 then its totally unfair be... more U right, Nokia N91 are the best audio quality but discontinued in production. Only Samsung GT-i8510 INNOV8 can beat N91, while Motorola ROKR E8 in 3rd position.
Audio quality based from main processor and dedicated audio chip. In our RMAA test the combination from TI OMAP 2431 and Bang & Olufsen ICEPower Amplifier used by Samsung i450 better than FreeScale I.MX31 and Toshiba DAC33 used by Nokia N91.
Both CPU used by Samsung i450 and Nokia N81 also lack 3D Graphic Accelerator(test with Jbenchmark 3D HQ, Jbenchmark 3D LQ and Jbenchmark HD Gaming).

If you compare this phone to n81 then its totally unfair because you can hardly listen the beat in i450,surround sound lol... . n81 is sounded better than i450 remember that.no comparision.and if you compare n81 to n91 then n91 is far far better than n81 and i450 is even nowhere to great n91 in terms of sound quality.so n91 is the king.n81 is also good,but i450 is very worst music phone ever.

Ryo Jin has braught to us most accurate comparision between i450 and N81.
Dont go much on specs sheet but on the facts that are more then proven by now and are
1. SGH-I450 has better sound processor and N81 has better Graphics Accelerator.
2. N81 has faster processor overall but i450 performs better.
3. DAC33 used by N81 way inferior then Apple processor used by i450 resulting superior sound quality in all cases.
So I suggest people to go on there requirement and device performence for your particular requirement. Compairing and discussing PDF is just useless.
