Hey, to all i550 owners out there, does it connect to the computer via MiniUSB or MicroUSB if using a cable?

pbhatt, 02 Feb 2009Generally Samsung phones are notorious while it comes to in... moreActually for symbian phone u a can use pc to install the jad,jar or sis file direct to the phone u also can just copy the file u want to install to the symbian phone and use file manager to locate it and install it in ur phone.most of the symbian phone is always like that.very easy. u can try it.

Generally Samsung phones are notorious while it comes to installing java (jar files) through PC or bluetooth which it does not allow. It allows installation of jar files via GPRS only by accessing the jad files first. Can anybody confirm that jar files can be installed from PC (without the need of GPRS) in i550.

its been abt 4 mnths since i bot the fon.working fine until 3 days ago.was listening to music,decided to check the internet on issues wen suddenly decided to switch off(which it did to me on several occasions).i thought same case but this time loaded samsung screen n thats it...just remained dark screen with some light in the backgrd.n the keypad lights on but doesnt go to main screen..HELLPPP

Florin, try the internal GPS to find the satellites. When done, open Sygic.

I love this phone.. with Symbian on it, it has everything you need even for your business need, it is the best phone that Samsung ever built ... the track-ball ?? set to maximum sensitivity, take several days to get use to it and then you will completely love it ...
