To all Samsung galaxy 5 users, always refer to your user manual it will give you all the details about the phone. If you don't find any related issue on the user guide. Surf th web, check some forums. For those who were asking if it's upgradable to froyo 2.2... It is upgradable. Bring your phone to any samsung service center present your proof of purchase and they will do it with no charge.

AMAZING PHONE!!!! You need to download the right apps from the Google Market to fit your lifestyle and save the phone from problems (AVG, Handcent, Glympse, Task Killer, Office Reader....what have you) and after the phone's perfect!!!!!!

caizer, 08 Jan 2011HAs anyone tried GPS in the Philippines... comments please.... morehi there! GPS in the phils is doing just well. I've had the phone for almost a month now and i'm in love with it. I don't think you can use GPS without enabling or using an application that requires a 3g connection or the like which means you really have to utilize a hot spot or go unlimited surfing (globe for example). great phone! the google market rocks with apps! :)

Hi have had this phone for about 24 hours now and I have had four texts sent to me but I have recieved them again and again and I now have about 20 of the same texts do not buy this phone or you will constantly get hassled by repeated texts

Help! This is the first time I have had a 'touch screen' I love the phone, battery life, at the moment not very good, but there are options to correct. At the moment I'm trying to sort out multimedia. I can not receive or sent picture messages. My phone will not receive the instructions to do this - nokia and samsung have tried. Today, after ten days of trying, I was told that there is a software problem with this model which will be rectified in a couple of days! Come On! after all this time I'm told my phone can not accept or send picture messages. Is it some little thing that I have not done? I'm now at the end of my tether!
