              Hey everyone

I was wondering if it is possible for me to update the Android 1.5 to say Android 1.6 or even Android 2.0?

              If possible how?

              Thank you very much!

              Cheers

no direct file transfer, no themes, no personalisation, no files for storing messages,no picture resizing, wallpaper distorts,no personalised ring tones or message tones,

great appliance downloads, message treading is new and unique, responce is quick, music player loud and can be used wit stanard earphones, internet, gmail, facebook all responsive, camera very basic.

good phone but lack of personalisation and bluetooth file transfer a turn off for me. upgraded models should contain all the extras.

Mist, 07 Jan 2010Hi, I'm buying either this or HTC Tattoo, but which one is ... moreTattoo's Sense UI looks nice but the screen has even lower resolution than Spica. Low resolution makes web browsing quite annoying, everything looks blocky and a lot of the android markets apps don't support that resolution so you would be missing a lot of great apps.

Hi, I'm buying either this or HTC Tattoo, but which one is best? I asked a friend and he said HTC because of sense and that HTC is Googles main Android phone, but this one has better specs. He also said that Android on samsung has more problems than on HTC, is taht true?

                                  What do you think?

                                    @Anonymous

You can use the market perfectly with wifi if theres no 3G coverage. Almost any app that needs data transfer can use wifi if theres no 3G.
Theres also a very good GPS chip, instantly finds position (very stable in Copilot Live)

The camera is 3.2MP, not useable for photo contests!!
                                    Still it can record 640x480!!!

Also i5700 can read divx natively!! no need to recode!!

And it will get 2.0 (or 2.1) update, "In January" says samsung.

I've had this smartphone for two weeks and am very happy! The community is growing fast, no custom Rom yet but phone Rooted already.

The 1500mah battery easily stands two days in normal use

i'm very interested in buying this phone.
actually i'm thinking between Jet, I7500 and I5700.

the main favour for this phone is Android and a large variety of applications and games.

so please confirm me for some things
                                      1. i'll use this phone in which 3G network is unavailable, so can i use wifi to download and use these applications?
                                      2. if i've no 3G, what advantages of the phone will i can't access?
                                      3. i think the camera function of Android is no way to compare the Jet. so let me know the camera performance.
