the screen is good i dint have any problems with the screen resolution while reading ebooks, watching videos. sound is good with the provided headphones. i can even open and read large pdfs and chm files (>than 200MB)with the think free office and chm reader.phone call audio is not as good as my last phone (Nokia N73. however the battery only lasts a day.

have been using the phone for abt 3 weeks now. the problem with gps is that sometimes it does get a fix. what i do is turn on gps, then restart the phone. then it gives my coordinates in 7 to 40 seconds. i use GPS status and Rmaps. u need to have a view of the sky too.

I am Not able to download Any Aps from Andr Market in my Galaxy 3 (i5801) Mobile ?
Msg Sowing that Download unsuccessful..In Spite of Phone Memory is 138 MB Free and GPRS is working fine .. only two Apps I Downloaded facebook and Twiter nothing else

wen synchronisin contacts wid facebook, the default contact image changes to the one in facebook. Is thr anyway to change the contact image back to the one stored in the phone originally....without doin so manually?

try to see the official press rele... morewhy ? coz they have more ram, if not then they have small lcd.
coz if u have bigger lcd then u need bigger gpu to run a game with full quality.

u need proof .....ok Raging Thunder2 can be played better in i5500 y? coz it haz low cpu but also small lcd. ok

try to see the official press release or the official video. just google it then u will know. by da way i m going 2 buy p500 4rm lg [ optimus one ]
it has 2.2 os already + large LCD[more pixel] + strong gps** + 512 mb ram*** + 600 MHz pro
if u have pc then u might know ram is more important than processor.
and gps on i5801 is very very week. u have 2 instal some app to make it work,
r thunder2 game is not running properly although it has 667 MHz processor but some other htc or samsung will run it in good quality with only 600 MHz processor.

yes guys dont buy this phone...the cheated everyone mentioning as it is upgradable to froyo2.2
next time i will never trust samsung...
samsung service is also pathetic....
my last mobile brand was sonyericsson...better i stick with it

somebody please help. when i try to install an app, the message appears as starting to download, BUT IT NEVER STARTS TO DOWNLOAD. is this a bug or what. please help. waiting for your reply.
