hi all, plz help me guys,
1) i bought that phone 2 days back, battery got discharge in less than 24 hours, without using net, mp3.
2) anti-virus is needed for this? if yes, then which one, and how to get it.
3) which applications i should download for make my phone perfect?

Anonymous, 31 Oct 2010i don't have any such laging problems. and about sound effe... morethey is no normaliser for this phone which could hurt the ears and volumes between 1~10 are low and lacking bass and treble. midrange sounds strong thats why equiliser is required. a good music system doesnt need equiliser to enhance the sound

You can control your cursor using arrow keys. To get arrow keys, swype from swype button to SYM button. Actually I find this phone very easy to type with swype.

Is this experien... moremoh u can buy the set if u want a android entertaiment center but as a phone its a flop. reasons battery has habit of dying ( from 50 to 15 % to 0%) check other users comments to confirm . a simple reboot can kill ur battery if not charged daily. try the
reboot after 1 day of use. no proper spell check ( does provide suggestion for words but not for every application). typing messages a pain since u cant get the cursor to the edge of the screen to edit the line. have to use landscape will typing. a great entertainment center thou thanks to android but has limited memory for apps. the phone. if the froyo update doesnt come soon i wont have any space left.

[deleted post]i don't have any such laging problems. and about sound effects it is best. i compared it with x10. you should make use of equilizer provided. i easily beats se in sound quality. adjust bass settings then u will throw se headset.

dont buy. phonebook, dialpad, favorite contacts takes ages to load. haptic feedback on right key gone. sound quality not good since there is no bass. sony and nokia phones sound better. froyo update might not come since galaxy s had serious lag with froyo. phone has tendency to slip if held only at edges. no lock code for factory reset ( so anyone can reset) also reset only data not the os. only good thing is the touch screen which is smooth. samsung sure knows how to cut costs ( extra slim and short cables for charger and headphones)
