I just bough this phn. I couldnt get access to GPS r navigation. In Gmaps it says that Your Location is temperarely unavailable. I switched on the GPS but no use. Can anyone gimme a solution?

Bought this Mobile 7 days back
Likable Things :
Looks - Just amazing, people ask about which model is it
Touch Screen : Extremely responsive
Features : Very nice features as compared to any Nokia in price range
Music Quality : Just Ammaazzing
Browsing net : Not so great but if you download Opera mini then it becomes superub
SMS : Slightly tricky to begin with, once you get used to it.. its very smooth
Android Market :numerous applications to try out
Voice clarity:Wonderful
Camera : One of the better cameras, produce really good results
Charging : USB Charging
Favourite Contact shortcut : A great feature
Things which could have been better:
Battery Life : One day, drains fast after 50% sign & suddenly goes off completely.. hence you need to be careful
No Front camera no flash
OVER ALL A VERY GOOD MOBILE, May be could have been priced at ~10000 INR

The Given below codes are not mine.. I also having problem activating live wallpaper.
bt after spending a couple of hours, I figured out the problem...
First of all you need is to ROOT your phone.
I used SGS_Eclair_Easy_Rooting.zip and successfully rooted my phone.
Second stage... Activating live wallpaper
1> open internet and download LiveWallpapersPicker.apk & install it through package manager.
2> extract and copy all contents of SGS_Eclair_Easy_Rooting.zip to say D:\rooting
copy downloaded LiveWallpapersPicker.apk to D:\rooting
3> open cmd with administrative privilege and type..
> d:
> cd rooting
> adb push LiveWallpapersPicker.apk /sdcard/LiveWallpapersPicker.apk
> adb shell
$ su
# mount -o remount,rw,codepage=utf8,vfat,xattr,check=no /dev/stl5 /system
Note: Hope there is no error.
# cat /sdcard/LiveWallpapersPicker.apk > /system/app/LiveWallpapersPicker.apk
Note: If there is an error like "Cannot create directory" then you didnot copied the
LiveWallpapersPicker.apk to sdcard
# ls /system/lib/librs*
output: ls /system/lib/librs*
/system/lib/librs_jni.so
# ls /system/lib/libR*
output: ls /system/lib/libR*
/system/lib/libRS.so
Note: If all goes as I said then you are ready for live wallpaper..
# exit
$ reboot
If it works......

[deleted post]Apollo has no problems. Just for htc sensi ui and for 5mp cam you can take wildfire. Its processor is bit slow but has more ram.

galaxy3 is great n cheap, galaxy 5 damn cheap. I wanted to buy g5 coz i wil save rs.3200. Bt a lot of research n review i find out that g3/5 is upgradeable to android 2.2 froyo only nt later android oses. If i buy android phone wit android 3.0 gingerbread tats comes out this oct15 i than have a smart buy. I can upgrade to later oses of android like 3.5honeycomb n future oses coz tis phones have enough horsepower to run android upcoming os. Like windows phone7
