i'm using I 600 for bout 1 year on January 09, i think this smart phone is really smart in daily used with speciality on ultra messaging which really fast, worth it with the price it happened best buy for the features i get.
the only problem is :
-suddenly hang (can not answered incoming call)
perhaps this caused by the 5th windows mobile, which my phoned had upgrade to 6th windows but still not fully
over all this is the best buy smart phone...

Agree. If you are not affraid of its size, and you need qwerty keyboard - it is great smartphone.
Only one little thing I found is that there is no program that could show battery use in every 1%.

Hi i currently live in the Philippines...i am a highschool student...i really love to buy samsung i600 and i want to spend money on something real...
is it really good?
is it worth it to buy this phone?
is the prize just right?
the things i like about cellphones are the following:
texting, calling, 3G, Camera, qwerty keypad, internet connection, USB connection, music, External memory, long lasting battery, functions really well, the prize is right and etc
do you think i should really buy this Phone? Can you suggest other cellphones that qualify my taste?

MXIT application for this Smartphone IS now available and can be downloaded from the MXIT site. Then proceed to download MXIT. It works well, only no background skins for smartphones at this stage. Good luck.

yes you can make video calls
quality is great
to bluetooth songs
first
switch on the bluetooth
or it wont work
secondly
go to content manager
select the song
thirdly
press menu and then send - via bluetooth
lastly
the bluetooth thingo looks a little weird
it will search for devices
then come up with unknown
the name eventually comes up
then select the device you wish to send to
press send and wait for it to say done.
whilst sending it says 'pend'

This was my first smart phone, and I'm disappointed with the experience. The i600 is sluggish, requires frequent rebooting, and has bad ergonomics. I haven't been able to get the e-mail working or don't find many of the other applications useful. The camera takes low-quality pictures. About the only advantage I've gotten from the phone is that I can use Skype on it. I even have to lock the phone before putting it in my pocket, because the pressure from my pocket with depress the buttons. I've unwittingly dialed numbers on my contact list! My advice is: Don't buy this phone!
