      To geekachu

Firstly the Bluetooth. First switch on your bluetooth. Thereafter open the selected file. Press Menu on the right, scroll down to send, press OK, then scroll to bluetooth and press OK. The phone will search for bluetooth devices. Once found, scroll to the file, press OK and beaming will start. Then wait till it says Done... only exit once done.

Secondly, closing of internet. Hold in the "Home" key until task manager is displayed. Here you can close the internet application, identical to that of a PC.

      Hope this helps.

      Regards

      Lionel

A few questions that I have about the i600, i've had one for just under a month now and it's starting to frustrate me.. I love most features about the phone...

BUT How do you send files via bluetooth? I can receive but not send.

Also when connected to the internet using WAP, how do you disconnect it without having to turn the phone off?

I'm not great when it comes to phones, but I need to be able to use the internet on my mobile a lot for work. HELP!

        Thanks

          @kiddyz

If I recall right, Windows powered phones do have this bluetooth problem. try visiting modaco.com forums for a solution.

            Hi

For all of those wanting to load MXIT or Opera Mini on this phone, now you can. Download this brilliant Java Emulator.

Click this link and download CAB file to PC:
            http://4pda.ru/forum/attach/900955/TAO.intent.Java.MIDlet.Manager.v10.1.7.561.Build.20060726.en_us.for.WM5.Smartphone.by.dFine.cab

Then Plug phone in and active sync. Once synced, go to tools and browse smartphone. Select device, and select my documents. Create a new Folder (Named Java) and copy the CAB file into this folder. Now unplug and select the cab file on your phone to install. Once installed, you can download MXIT as well as OPERA MINI and open it using the emulator. No bugs!!! Enjoy!

Hi, HELP...how do you use the front camera for taking photos? It only seems to be active when making video calls...anyone can help?

By the way, I was advised to charge the new battery up to 10 hours before your first use to get the max battery ability.

very slow phone, when you open few application, the performance getting worse. shutdown need to press on/off button for very long until your finger get tired.

feature are great, design also very good, slim and sexy. need to improve on the key pad.

                                  Guys pls take note.

If u set an alarm in the i600, & if u OFF the fone, u won't b able 2 hear the alarm. U gotta turn ON the fone.

This is 1 of the many reasons y i sold off my i600 after 1 month.

In addition, the user interface of samsung i600 is not as straight-4ward as nokia.

                                    Sold my i600 & bought a nokia 6500s instead.

                                      i600 plus & minus:

                                      PLUS:
The slimmest, lightest & most compact smartphone currently in market.

                                      MINUS:
                                      Cannot record tele-conversation.
                                      Cannot send chinese character SMS.
                                      No voice call.
Battery life sux; gotta charge everyday.

                                      Conclusion:
If u need 2 checl/ send/ receive email on the go, i600 will b very useful for u. If not, juz get a 'normal' mobile fone will do.

I juz sold my 1 month old i600 * am now using nokia 6500s.

Yes, the i600 can surf internet + send/receive email thru WiFi or GPRS.

To check if u r on wifi or gprs, check the logo that appear on the top of ur screen once u r connected.

If is wifi, it'll show a wifi logo (looks a bit like a lighthouse).

If is GPRS, it'll show a capital G.

                                        GPRS charges r more xpensive.
