Love this phone so far. A little sluggish once in a while, but I do things very fast on computers so most people should be fine. Wifi works great. It can be set to turn off when not in use for a while (you determine how long) and come right back on when you continue browsing. Just got this for now until i780 comes out. I need the WM6 Pro. Don't know what others are talking about but screen is plenty big for normal use. Get a personal video player or laptop if you want to watch movies. This is for work. Side wheels makes many things easier. Buttons are laid out well. For numbers you don't have to push the number exactly, you just have to push any button within the white square which includes two buttons. For example, #1 and R are two separate buttons within the square, but either one (or both) can be pressed for #1 to show up on the screen. So it's fat finger friendly. Overall great phone to help get work done.

ActiveSync, I was opening video files directly and trying to use Windows media player so it was not working. There is a Program called TCPMP in the phone that opens video file just fine.
Where is the reset button located. Is it the one under settings or there is a hidden button on the phone like wireless routers?

Welcome Green User. It depends where u stored the video, mayb u need the right decoder. I also made a mistake iwth my earlier instructions, u will need to save your important data and do a hard reset b4 u can reinstall into the sd card.

Hi
I loaded a 3rd party MPEG1 player from Smartphone-freeware. Now I can play MPEG as well as rip a full DVD movie to MPEG1 then transfer to my phones mem card. Plays full length movie in good quality!!! All and all, an awesome phone with awesome features. Would suggest this to anyone. Also, download documents to go... you can then edit word, powerpoint, excel... etc documents!

Hi Green user, u can install ur applications on a mini sd. Make sure u sync with the sd card installed. Go to add/remove programs, remove tic at install into default folders. Now tic all the 3rd party software and click remove from ur handset. After its done, tic those u want to install and it will ask where to install it to, click on sd card. Complete the install and u will have your phone memory free. Just make sure u keep the sd in the phone all the time. Hope it helps.

Took a month to get used to and I still screwed it up. I installed 3rd party applications successfully some days ago. I tried saving space by deleting files in program file, I remember deleting certificates and themes folders and this stopped all my 3rd party programs from running and installing new applications do not work anymore.
How can I remedy this problem? Mine runs WM6.
It is a wonderful Machine.
Thank you all.
