I thought this phone was supposed to be released by November. Nokia has released a lot of good phones this month, but I'm loyal to Samsung.

this is my perfect phone. s60 with good cpu, full wireless support till a new technology ll invent(gps, 3g, wifi..) titanium body with a carbonfiber holder. i hope the keyped wont dissappoint me.

I'm so pissed off. Why is it that none of the great new GSM cell phones are made for USA 3G networks but only HSDPA 900 / 2100. Come on Samsung we want these phones too.
How much performance do you loose if you use the phone without 3G? Probably a lot.
I really like both the Samsung i7110 & i8510 INNOV8 but sadly none have US 3G.

I care not about the lack of the 3.5mm jack - this is the phone for me. It's size is acceptable as I have large hands. Great screen and the OS looks zippy...anyone care to point out some other functional limitations? email me at w0ffles@hotmail.com and that is a zero, not the letter 'o'.

When it comes to firmware speed, you just can't beat Nokia. I like Nokia phones, and I own one, but damn.. I'm getting tired of Nokia.....

im so dissapointed with the size of this thing, love everything about it but makes nokias phones seem small in comparison. :(

Things Samsung should improve in their s60 smartphones
1)An improved gallery .
The usual image gallery is damm slow is far behind nokia n series gallery
2)a search application would be a nice addition.
(I felt that searching a contact by number there was no option as such "Search contact by number" in my i450 .
other wise u can straight away enter number in nokia's search option and ur job is done.
3rdly samsung should add more advanced options in music player such as adding album art directly .
Providing details of song at the top of screen .
My i450 being a music device does not show details of song such as duration of song,therefore conclusion nokia has more improved software.
4) the aount of ram in i7110 is vry less off course
the over performance through menus will be speedy
but over time there will need for more internal memory . and there are greater chances of "not enough memmory " after .
5 there is no music adapter come on samsung dont be so cheap u can provide with a good quality music adapter .
These r the major disadvantages that keep me away from samsung. (RAM point not applicable for innov8)
Other than built quality samsung has no serious advantages over nokia

nah only joking, looking at its specs, it doesnt look half bad for a samsung...and a smartphone at that. Realistically, smartphones have the brains and none of the beauty.

Catch up ? Even passed that toy called Nokia..
It has DLNA before everything..This is the technology of 2009..(i mean no cables anymore)..plz research, u'll see what i mean ! Only for DLNA it can be bought ! And off course for FM Transmitter..Yey guys, we wont see anymore cables in 2009 as i noticed !
