I bought this phone seven months back. from that day i have always faced an issue with the handset either very poor baterry / the automatic outgoing call drop in one minute/not able to attend the incoming calls / authomatic switch off.. gave the phone for service at authorised centre they reinstalled the software but still all the problem occurs again with in few days.. though its a good configuration, the spftwae problem are not addressed by samsung properly

NOTE: ONLY AFTER YOU SELECT MOUNT USB SETTINGS OPTION ON PHONE AFTER PLUGGING IN, WILL IT DETECT YOUR PHONE.
to transfer, simply drag and drop :)

have you tried mounting it when connected via Usb to Pc.
no zoom, this phone is one giant piece of crap.
