Can anybody advice that is there any blue tooth hack software available for for i780.I have seen for nokia. but i couldnt find for i780.pls advice.

shakir, 09 Jun 2009i have figured it out how to use tomtom without installing ... moreinstall SPB cr@cked one from torr3nt and trust me this phone then look really MEAN... I am in love with it.
sir can you give the links of the spb?it would be helpful

i have a i780 for a year now but this week it has some minor problems. its always restarting i dont know what seems the problem... i have tried to update it into 6.1 but still it restart it self i realy loved these phone very much can any body help me?

which do i buy?i780 or omnia..this phone is bang for the buck coz it's so cheap and looks cool!i love qwerty phones! omnia looks sexy but damn too pricey..i like a good cam on my phone but i also like physical keys..damn so hard to decide..

if you want a "true" smartphone go for i780. winmo rocks! if you want a typical nokia smartphone go for e71. the only thing good about it is the cam which is 3.2 and has flash. other than that i780 owns e71 any day.

i have figured it out how to use tomtom without installing or tweaking anything.
just set the comport to 1 and the other one to com 9 and baud rate 9600, then in tomtom choose other NMEA and baud rate to 9600.
otherwise you can use 4800 as baud rate at both places.
Also install SPB cr@cked one from torr3nt and trust me this phone then look really MEAN... I am in love with it.

compared to the 5800, i780 kicks a*s when it comes to applications. just look around for pocketpc or winmo forums and you're good to go. my brother has a 5800 and most of the available apps suck. winmo is still king when it comes to customization and modding and stuff.

anyone knows where we can get software and apps games for this phone.. crack or with keygen... i want this phone.. im choosing between nokia 5800 and with this samsung i780... if i can get more apps for this phone im gonna buy this..

Supanit2020, Thiland, 07 Jun 2009What you'd just said was not clear, whether it's complaint,... moreno complaints whatsoever about the unit. Only wm is a problem. The device itself is built really well. But for wm to be a nice os you really have to customize it hard. Some basic functions don't work out of the box, fingerfriendly-ness is not in the Microsoft's dictionary. So i used a lot of apps to make it better or a near-perfect device (spb mobile shell, thumbcal, inesoft dialer......)Using it only as a pure wm device without customization is really a drag (using stylus for everything is so 90's). Microsoft has aknowledged that with the new 6.5 and 7 windows mobile being around the corner. Hope it works out for wm...

does the i780 have an official winmo6.1 update from samsung?? i'm not very familiar with flashing so to be safe i'm hoping i could just download an update if ever i decide to get this phone. can't live without threaded sms lol. i still can't decide whether to buy i780 or an omnia..should i go for practicality(i780) or luxury(omnia)..sigh..

I've used the i780 for quite sometime, found no complaint. For the price (picked up 2nd handed for less than US$ 200 nearly a year ago) and specs, I can't ask for more. Happy using every moment of it. I use all function the windows OS can give. Good work.

Juandre, 05 Jun 2009I find that the battery life is extremely poor, I have set ... morethat's strange! My battery lasted 3-4 days but i had all the features on power save. I was able to get it through the week with two full batteries without recharging easily. I found it was really redundant for Samsung to include 2 batteries in the pack since the performance was really great.Hmmm, maybe there's a problem with your battery or the charger! I was really super satisfied with it:)
