Do you guys actually know about Samsung Company.? Everyone knows Nokia is Mobile phone company. however samsung is different with that.! Samsung making lots of others as well. and over 50% of their products they have No.1 Technology in the world. such as Micro chip (D-RAM) and LCD also they do supply Mobile phone CPU to HTC and etc. company. Do you guys know ? that over 30% of Apple Iphone's inside parts are from Samsung.! Moreover, why would samsung copy FAT.-! Bulky Design from Nokia.? Samsung's Design Concept being Slim Factor and it is differnt with Nokia Design Concept.! and for the future 4G(WiBro) technology was Developed from Samsung and all the mobile phone in the future need to use samsung 4G(WiBro) chip. from all of these Samsung being totally Different company as Nokia who just making out side of phone.(inside of phone parts are fully supplied by third party)!

Mobile-review makes a review of it,sayng that the processor is a Marvell PXA3xx (416-624 MHz),and also say that this is able to display 262k colors,the only thing that I hate is the screen when playng games,it's square and looks a bit unconfortable!

promising upgrade over the i600. i am sure most people already know this but for you guys who don't, windows is limited to 65k colors thats why almost all windows operated phones are 65k colors. nokia doesnt have a windows phone hence they can have 16m colors.

in case you didnt notice, all portable pc phones are using 65k color tft screen. I don't know why but if you want, you can check the rest of the portable pc phones here, including HP, HTC and the like. You'll see that they all use 65k color tft screen. that really sucks but they might have a good reason for that or they are still working on how to upgrade the display capabilities to at least 262k colors.

I am a firm follower and samsung lover but now i want to say as an advice.
some of ur product is great like F700 but lack of something like WLAN,a high end video recording like VGA 30fps,5megapixel camera,video player like F500 maybe get it the best.
P520 is like this.G800 is spoiled by bad resolution of video recording.F500 is great but video recording is in a bad resolution and no flash and also can't show message and other thing on the second LCD.On (i) series i love them specifically Windows mobile like i780 but make camera stronger on them.
Until now i had T100,D500,D600,E900,i300 and now i have D900.
make the OS of common handset better and smarter.
F700 AND F520 are Ultra smart phone,Why?
See some company like Nokia make an advantage handset like N95,E90,N81,N82,... that are complete.most of them have 3.5mm audio jack and WLAN but samsung's handset have this item very weak.Also LG has wiety and prada that very good and approximate complete.
Every year make an approximate complete handset.
Be the best.

this handset is not yet in the market here in southeast asia but the specs are very promising.. i am currenly using samsung i600, and i really love the phone. specs/features and functionality are doing great. i just hope when this handset comes out the touchscreen feature will pose no disappointment. if ever i will change phones, i may want to consider this handset as one of the top lists. keep me posted for any updates. thanks.

why only tft 65536 colors??? if samsung wants to lead an evolution to 16,7 million colors screen is a must, by the way samsung's sound is very very bad and there's no way for an 3.5mm audio adaptor, it sucks !!!

Besides the stylus + touchscreen, it supports "mouse arrow" on UI. great! very well balanced smartphone. :)

it's the one im excactily looking for,
it qualify all my alternatives,
the screen 320*320.
the touch pad joystick(like laptop's).
the GPS.
answer and reject buttoms.
hope to come soon,i cant wait anymore.

And also people with triband cellphones they want them to buy another set if you want to use it in North America, basically spend more money.

I agree with you, why can't this model isn't a QUAD BAND. This heavy set should be a QUAD BAND.

Why cant samsung just include a quadband chip instead of only using triband. I really would have got this if it had the 850 band. It is just not good for us in Canada.
